How do I request images for my gig?

I am opening a translation gig, translating text from manga or doujinshi pages. Of course, to translate, I will need images of multiple pages of the manga, but how do I request that? Do I do so via the inbox? (After the order is confirmed..?) Or do I request the images through the Fiverr questions tab, (The following image) and if I do through the questions tab, will the buyer only be able to send one single attachment?

Attachments can be more than images. A compressed .zip folder, for example. (You'll want to be EXTRA cautious with those.) 

Unless the manga/comic is already published, then most artists would probably have their personal strips and series posted online, in which case, you'd just need a link to where they host the pages. (Unless your service is more than just translation, ie. font choices, typesetting, panel and speech bubble adjustments, etc.)

There's a separate area made after orders are placed. The order page is Ideally where all communication on an active order take place. This can include further transfer of files.

Out of curiosity, who is your target market for a service like this?
