Buyer placed order without before contact, now he wants cancel order , he told me mistakenly he placed order. Please advise.

I think that you should complete the order. Otherwise it will be harmful to you.

You can send to the resolution center and then they will fix it for you without impacting your account but if you can complete the work and the buyer needs it then do it its an extra for you 😉

I share with client, Request him for my skill related work but his requirements is totally different.
