Buyer can rate/review the order within 10 days of order completion (auto/manual)

Buyer can ask for cancellation by showing the logical reason.

In fact, a buyer knocks on the inbox every 2 days to change the file format in terms of an order to auto-complete 5 days in advance. But he has not given any review or tip yet.

If the order completed 5 days ago then, he has 5 more days to give you ratings/review

I already told you. Once an order gets completed (completed by buyer / auto completed - anything)

Buyer get 10 days time to give a review.
