Trouble uploading to Wordpress

Hello.  This is such a basic question but I'm a writer who is lost in this world of technology.  This morning I purchased a FIVERR logo.  So far, wordpress is refusing to upload any of the file formats offered in the premium package.  I'm so lost.  I've tried resizing, exporting to JPEG (not even sure what a JPEG is) but WordPress keeps telling me to try changing the size to 100p x 86p.  I have done this but it still will not upload.  Am I doing something wrong? Can somebody help?  Is this even the right forum to ask this question?

If you get really stuck one of the sellers on fiverr somewhere will sort it for $5 for you worst case just look for a gig saying - fix wordpress problems

You can upload any formate there like jpg / png. Basically logo purposes, I used that size : 400 X 90 . Before reuploading your logo again make sure you can upload any images to your media section there because sometimes, your hosting provider makes the lowest uploading spaces there.
