how is the correct step to link new bank accout of payooner ?

i've already removed the funding source of my payooner account yeah 

 

 

but i still can not remove the bank account on my payooner account

 

 

 

the things is , i want to link new local bank accoutn and i want to destroy old bank account ( do i have to delete old bank account first or not ? ) everything is confusing
