No Click for Gig Video?

I am getting Impression a little amount more after uploading my gig video. But I am getting less gig clicks than before. The video thumbnail image is less attractive than my gig primary image I think. The video thumbnail image is randomly come after uploading the video. Can I get any hep from Fiverr Help Center to show another thumbnail image ( which I choose) in the video.

Another reasons, May be buyer less clicked on a gig video. what do think?

I will suggest you to design a new thumbnails for your gig video separately to make it looks attractive and influence to play.

Thanks for your suggestion. But I think creating a new one is not the main solution. We need Fiverr  to provide us the feature of choosing thumbnail image.
