Cencel order effect

I have completed 3 orders, another 1 order cenceled by buyer. for this reason my completion rating was decreased... How can i overcome this rating?? please Suggest me...

There's no quick way to fix this situation. You just need to successfully complete as many orders as you can and try to minimise cancelled orders, and over time your completion rating will improve.

if you metually cancel or buyer force you to cancel order then take screenshot and contact coustomer support . if you don't do anything wrong  the rateing will be came back. i have 2 time do this and get positive result.
