A buyer forcing me to cancel the order and receive payment on paypal please help me what should I do

I have cleared my work for a buyer but he is asking me to refund his amount, and he will give that payment on papal, if I will not recieve on paaypal he will give me bad rating, and threating me that he will ask to fiverr, plz give me some suggestion what would I do, and he is sending me extra $50 on fiverr to refund money

Stop any communication with the buyer, report the buyer to CS. Take prints of the buyer threatening you.
