There is nothing you can do besides contact CS for support. You need to verify your ID in order to have your account back. Please note that customer support will not verify your ID for you. They can only help with the technical trouble. Good luck.

You have to contact the Customer Support ASAP and provide clear photo ID to the system, otherwise your account will be lost.

I think the mistake you are making is that you are not providing clear photo ID. This is important for Fiverr to verify your identity.
