Hey, I got a mail from Fiverr saying that

“Great news! I would like to inform you that your Gig has been reinstated and is now searchable on our platform.”

I wanted to ask that does this message improve my ranking as my gig was disappeared from search

Not like so, but fiverr help center assured you that if someone search with your keywords, you may appear in the result page

It basically means that your gig is now back in the search results. If a buyer was trying to search up your gig in the search results, they would be able to find it.
