ID VERIFICATION problem plz help me

I have submitted my selfie and National Id card but didn’t verify my account and again I submitted my document and selfie but here is no update news of verifying. I’m in trouble with my Fiverr account .plz help me with your advice.
And plz tell me how much time needed to verify an account?

Is your account deactivated after three tries?

If so, contact CS and they will grant you another try. Take a clear pic and make sure all the letters in ID is very clear in the pic.

There is a lot of advice to upload pics taken beforehand but CS advised me strictly to use the camera option to take an instant pic.

It may take some time, but usually CS will reply within 12 hrs or less.

Also, make sure when you take the selfie it’s taken from your neck up (like the headshots on your ID).
