afarigh Posted June 10, 2021 Share Posted June 10, 2021 Is your account deactivated after three tries?If so, contact CS and they will grant you another try. Take a clear pic and make sure all the letters in ID is very clear in the pic.There is a lot of advice to upload pics taken beforehand but CS advised me strictly to use the camera option to take an instant pic.It may take some time, but usually CS will reply within 12 hrs or less.
