Unavailable customer

Hi! So…I saw a customer request, I wrote to the guy, and a day after he contacted me. I reply, taking the gig…but he’s unavailable for 10 days! So I can’t contact him at all. My messages aren’t getting received…and now Fiverr says that I’m not replying to my clients! (I had a 100% an hour ago, now I have 67% of replies)…what can I do?

Have you already contacted Fiverr CS about the issue? Is it Fiverr support saying you’re not replying, or just the stats? If you haven’t already opened a ticket and sent in screenshots of the replies, I’d encourage you to do that, in case it’s a bug of some kind.
