How can i cancel buyer order?

Hello Everyone, Today I have received an order from a buyer. He didn’t even contact me before putting in the order. As i am sick now I can not complete the order. How can I cancel the order? will it have any effect on my profile? Expert suggestions needed. Thanks in advance.
