Hello, basically for being promoted/mantain your level there are standards to mantain. Basically Response time, Positive rating, Response rate, Order completion, On-time delivery.
Those stats can be seen in the mobile app.
You have to keep those stats in green numbers or else you’ll be demoted on next 15th
