Withdrawals Option Disabled

Hi Guys.
Fiverr has disabled my funds withdrawal option & it is showing me a message herein mentioned below as is.
“The withdrawal option was disabled. Please contact our customer support”
& I cannot press the withdrawal button.
But unfortunately I’m facing another serious issue that I have contacted fiverr support many time, send them many emails but they are not giving me any response even I did’nt receive the fiverr ticket number that normally we receive whenever we send emails to fiverr support .

It is a very strange fiverr behavior.
Can somebody help me? How I do handle this situation?
