Withdraw to my local bank account

I am seller on fiver. I sell services for developing business website. I have 16$ in my fiver account which are cleared after completing my orders so I want to withdraw them. I really need it right now as you all it is covid-19 situation so i desperately need of this amount for my family. Need you help on it.

First of all create a payoneer account in your dekstop and then transfer the fund in your payonner account…after that process you can transfer the fund payoneer to your local bank account…Happy freelancing

I have payoneer account. it saying me that I need 20$ to withdraw it my payonner account.
but i have 16$ to my fiverr account.
