(Potentially) Dumb Question for the Pros - Can You "Flunk Out" of Fiverr with Low %?

Asking for a friend of mine that sells - he got a bunch (10+) orders from one seller at once, and for personal / timing reasons he ended up going past deadline and the client cancelled them all. Because he does work infrequently, his completion percentage rate is in the high 70s now. He’s basic/starter level. What happens to him at the next eval, anything?

I can’t see Fiverr removing a Seller due to poor numbers.

My account sat dormant for most of the first year I was here and I never got a warning or prompt stating I’d better get my act together or risk losing access to Buyers who weren’t noticing me in the first place.

I think Fiverr is more reactive than proactive in this regard.

You do something that violates the ToS or you get an angry Buyer reporting you to Fiverr CS and suddenly you show up on the radar.

By hitting new lows, I doubt it even gets a second glance by anyone of importance.
