I’ve read some similar topic here but didn’t clear about it. I saw a post that was if I canceled an incomplete order after 7 days this will not affect on my completion rate but when I did it my completion rate 2% down automatically

Note: The buyer told me that he place order accidentally and I did after 7 days later and the buyer accepted my cancellation request.

I have another incomplete order since 21 February and I’m afraid to do it cancellation, what should I do now?
