Hi i am also a new seller. From my point of view we have to wait for order and be active on fiverr. We should use mobile app for instant reply form anywhere .

Be patient, wait and send the request after you understand it well. Offer to work for a lower price than what they offer for the job. But only just a little bit lower otherwise you won’t look professional. Let them know that this is a first-time-buyer bonus.
