Not all Cleared Funds available for Withdrawal

I have many completed orders and the funds were cleared, still , when I try to withdraw it does not allow me only to withdraw all the money.
Has anything similar happened to you?
If yes, how was it solved?

Timing? You say the number X is in cleared on top of the page but when you click withdraw other number appears? Do you have paid ads?
