Buyer respond to delivered order on time but completion rate dropped. Order is still active

Can someone please explain what is the issue? I delivered my order on time, the client wanted revision, I also revised on time but the client has not marked it as completed yet. The completion rate dropped from 80 to 75. The order is still active. What is the issu?

Stats show it only after the order is completed.
