Gig ranking is a bit of a mystery, it goes up and down. If you got views before you will probably do so again. Just give it some time.

Also, if you can still reply to that review then I would reply ASAP!

I’m assuming the review is a lie from a nasty buyer. But if it’s true… well… that’s just pretty darn awful, doesn’t get worse IMO, you got off lightly and are lucky to still have a fiver seller account.
