One warning is not that big of a deal, if you don’t break any rules again it won’t affect your account significantly, especially since you don’t have a level to lose yet.

However as of now you might be breaking another rule. Just a hint: you might want to change your profile picture, if that young man is not you.

Yes, having an image that is not you or your logo is against Fiverr TOS too.

Just try to refuse chats or offers outside Fiverr. If someone offers you anything, then refuse it, if they force, reply to them again NO and block. So, it will save your time too and spammers will be far from you. Simple, just be active and do think twice which way is better for you. 🙂

Well, we can only save our profiles from spammers by blocking them or you can also report.

That’s why you need to read the rules and understand them.

Also, why would Fiverr allow contact outside? People would game their system left and right.
