Suddenly lost my gig ranking after "your gig analytics are not working" banner showed up

I started my fiverr account few months back and i even got 4-5 orders too. i also had postive reviews too. Then suddnley it started to show a banner “your gig analytics are not working”. after that i didn’t get any orders. its been 3-4 months now.The banner has gone but yet i didn’t get any orders. My question is , what is the reason i lost my buyers?
