Hello, I'm new here and I'm having a problem with my new gig with rating

Actually, what I meant was; the buyer showed me the screenshot of the rating but I haven’t been notified by Fiverr that the buyer left a review.

I can’t explain why you’re having this issue, although I will say that you and your buyer should not be discussing feedback. If you read the forums, a lot of sellers have received account warnings for doing so. Three account warnings and you are likely to be suspended from the platform.
