Hey freelancers!
I don’t know where to start but I am really disappointed about the Fiverr customer support service! I don’t know how long it will last with the excuse of COVID-19, Lockdown. But the fact is things start getting worst. We need a proper service.
I and my client are fighting about an order, so I seek help from support! But they are doing…
These things are affecting my gig performance, late delivery, cancellation rate everything! If Fiverr could respond fast then maybe everything could be all right!

If anyone needs urgent support but Fiverr failed to do it and which makes his a loss then who will be responsible for it?
I have no answer! This marketplace needs more improvement.
Fiverr should take some steps to make this marketplace a standard for everyone (seller).
