Regarding Fefund

I have a issue that I received order from my client and delivered it within due time. He then asked for revision, I did that and he received happily. Now after 3 days he opened a dispute that the file I sent was empty. In actual that isn’t the case at all as I sent him the revised file. So I want to seek some advice what should I do. Keeping in view cancelling an order will have negative impact on my profile.
