Request revisions from the Seller to fix/change the work. If the Seller still sends images that are not related to your request, click the button that says Resolution Center, and choose to cancel the order, and then pick the right option.

You might as well report the seller for not using his original work, but copying other seller images.

Hi. If you have proof that he sent pictures that belong to someone else, you can contact customer support to report it, however, keep in mind that they might take longer than usual to reply due to the Covid situation. Else, well, yes, what arnukas said.

(the above is a direct link to the page on how to use the resolution center to resolve issues directly with the seller; the forum treats links a bit weirdly lately)

Also wanted to add to the @miiila’s post that CS is now very busy at the moment and it may take longer than 10 days to get a response, so you should do the Resolution Center first.

If the Seller doesn’t agree, contact the Customer Support. Also tell him that you are going to report him for further investigation. Show the proof to CS that the work is not his, and then wait for the response from Customer Support.
