Someone is using my creative

Hey i generally search where my gig is ranking as my profile was blacklisted by fiverr it always rank on last page of my niche but last week i found my creative ranking in top 3 page of my niche as someone copy my creative. i report about this to the support but no action taken even flag the gig. What should i do now ? Any faces this problem earlier any solution ?

A) Your gigs have not been blacklisted - the algorithm churns gigs, so everyone gets a chance to have some exposure. Blacklisting would mean deactivation of your profile.

B) CS are taking a long time to respond - often 10 days or more.

C) Flag any gigs that are using your copyright material, take screenshots and prepare proof for CS, should anything come up.
