Once again it happened when delivering order

It happened to me the second time when I stuck while delivering the order.I’m unable to upload any proof of my work on the order page. So this is a bug or something else?
On another hand, it will be fine if I will use screenshots by using an online website as my work proof which provides online storage for screenshots?
