It means the site’s web page wasn’t able to load so they’ve given you a cached (not up to date) version of the page instead. You can press the retry button or press F5 I think to try to load the actual (live) page again.

Maybe the site was running slow because of updates to it (eg. the new branding or maybe they’re allowing more people to use the gig promotion feature or something).
