So I have this buyer who is a member since 2016 but does not have a single review and still is a V.I.D. does this mean that he never leaves a review or anyone can just become a V.I.D?

The most likely explanation is that the buyer does not like to leave reviews, perhaps for privacy reasons. No matter the reason, it is completely fine for a buyer not to leave reviews. It is up to them, after all.

I am just hoping he isn’t the kind to cancel the order after he gets all the work.
