To get two warnings for spamming people is quite serious.

Firstly, it shows you don’t understand good business etiquette. Otherwise you would not have spammed people in the first place.

Secondly, it shows that you don’t learn. You received one warning. Sensible people would learn from their first warning and not make the same mistake.
