The only people who can help you with this are Customer Support. You will have to discuss your concerns with them. We are just buyers/sellers here. We have no authority to reactivate accounts that Fiverr closed, so, alas, there is nothing new that we can tell you in regards to your current situation.

If Fiverr closed your account – likely because you broke site rules – it is likely that you won’t be able to get that account back again. You can always try contacting CS and asking, but, usually, if Fiverr specifically closes an account, it is gone for good.
