Why my order completion go under down

Fiverr give me demotion in last evolution cause my order completion rate is under 90. But i got oder and complete the order with good feedback from buyer. But still order completion rate going under down. Help me.

There is nothing to be demoted. You can talk to Fiverr Support. They must give some solution?
