Buyer account does not exist

I’m facing a very weird problem.i have been working for a buyer the work is completed i submitted the gig but the buyer rejected i have submitted the gig again but in the inbox, it says the users can not be contacted when i tried to open her profile it said the buyer does not exist. Wired thing is she is still able to reject the gig but not responding to any of my messages probably because of the ban. I’m in a very weird place right now i have done all the work but the buyer is rejecting it, i can not contact her but the order is still on, What should I do?.
