I lost my Express batch from my Gig

There’s no way to get it back on that gig. You have to be SUPER careful.



If you just delivered late, because you were late - then yeah, no way to get it back other than create a new gig. If it was because of some other reason, like fiverr bugging out - or customer didn’t give you the information until last minute, contact CS and they’ll help you out. Hopefully.



24 hour express delivery is why a lot of people buy from me, and it seriously sucks when I loose that status because of customers not replying, or ordering gig extras last minute - but CS usually help me out.

Are you saying that missing an express delivery, just once, no matter the circumstances, permanently removes it from being available for that gig? Would be nice if all these critical rules were actually written somewhere, it would suck to lose it on a popular gig and have to start over.
