They’re not active. They need to be active for you to get orders.

But check it’s the type of gig allowed by Fiverr. If it’s a sign holding type gig it probably won’t be allowed (due to Fiverr’s editorial focus).

No and it could get you a warning if Fiverr staff see it. ie. they’d think it was review manipulation probably.
