I have not receive a fund withdrawal email

Hello Sir… Day before yesterday i withdraw my money to fiverr revenue card that is attached to payoneer… Fiverr have status your withdraw is successful but i didnt received a confirmation email…
What can i do now please help me…
In my paynoneer account they said 1 transaction is pending from the fiverr…
Please enlighten me about this situation
