Buyer Complaining about "No work done"

I completed an article writing gig and now buyer is saying that I have not done any work. I am a featured author for Technorati, medium, shoutmeloud and many reputed website. I also have my own YouTube channel. This troll is typing all non-sense on my feedback and it will affect others.



In the resolution center it’s telling me that I can only offer refund by mutual cancellation but the thing is that I have done the work honestly. What to do? Please help me guys.
