Buyer request vs level lose

I don’t see any buyer request after losing my levels. Is it normal ?

Yes, it is normal to see fewer Buyer Requests as a level 0 seller. Fiverr lets 10 people at each seller level make an offer on each Buyer Request. Since so many level 0 sellers depend on Buyer Requests there is more competition and the requests disappear quickly. All you can do is check them often.
