Yes, it’s a problem. I thought it was something I could do. In theory I should have been possible. I proposed to write a Java application because they are known to be portable. But later I’ve learned that there are different versions for different OS and other unforeseen problems. That’s why I had to order a laptop in a hurry in order to attempt to fix the mistake.

The same problem also happened to me with Racket (luckily not on Fiverr). At some point I noticed that it cannot create standalone executables and had to restart the whole project from scratch.

Spoken is more difficult. Often when they speak to me on the phone I cannot continue the conversation because I don’t understand. On paper I always have the opportunity to re-read and to use a dictionary.
