Rating/Review changes

Hello community, if the buyer has left low rating or a bad review about delivery without puting the order in revision, then if we solve the concerns the buyer has, can we ask him to change the rating or the review wording? i mean can he does it by contacting fiverr support that he wants to change his review or the rating he just has given?


can we as a seller ask the support to delete the review based on the buyer’s satisfaction message after the concerns are fixed and he’s happy? because order was never put in revision
