Contacting old clients on Fiverr

Hope everyone doing well.
Can we contact our Old clients on Fiverr to introduced our new services or New Gig , If yes can we send them new Gig links.
And in one day to how many old client we can message or send links … is there any limit restriction number of message to inbox them.
