Negative Review and Canceling the Order

Hey guys



need to ask



if some buyer posts a negative review on the page and then if you want to cancel it you provide a mutual cancellation to the buyer



CANCELLATION Starts as fiverr says

This order will be cancelled automatically in 2 days unless it’s declined or aborted.



So the question is what if he doesnt accept cancellation and he wants to keep the negative review and 2 days are passed what then will the gig will be refunded to him and negative review removed by it self ?

From what I have heard from other users - if a seller attains negative feedback, then mutually cancelling it does not automatically remove the bad feedback. Therefore, the buyer gets their money back and you still have the negative review on your gig. The only way CS might remove negative feedback is if the buyer agrees to it.
