I can see buyer requests

I have 5 star review in all my gigs. But since 2 buyers cancelled their order. I got 1 star on the 2 gigs. This made me get tire of Fiverr, then I response late to some messages because I left Fiverr for days. Since then I can’t see buyers request. Can someone help me with tips to get 1 hour response rate and see buyers’ requests. Thanks

When you achieve level one seller, you will get 500+ buyer requests.

Answer messages within the first 24 hours of receiving them. Or earlier, if you’re not asleep.
