Clients unable to process order payment

Please I need help
A client tried placing order with me, but fiverr couldn’t process the payment.
He has tried with another card, same issue.

But, when he tried with another seller, it was successful.

Please, how do I go about fixing this? He still wants to order from me

From what you said, it sounds like it is a bug. I would suggest to the buyer that they contacted customer support.

Just a heads up that sometimes scammy buyers say this to try to scope out if they can get the seller to do the work off of Fiverr (and then not pay them). If it was a scammer and they didn’t ask you, maybe they figured you wouldn’t oblige.

He also highlighted that the process went smoothly when he placed order with another seller.

We tried again a few minutes ago, same issue.
He said he will check again tomorrow.

Yeah not the kind of scammer I was referring to because they didn’t try to work with you outside of Fiverr.

I’m more just giving you a heads up for the future in case you get inquiries like this. Some of them are scams and some of them seem pretty legit. I know you wouldn’t comply with the scam, but it would still impact you as a waste of time if a scammer strang you a long and then didn’t purchase.
