Not upgraded level

I was a second level seller and i have lost level 2 and level 1.but again i did well and now i have met all requirements.But fiverr didnt give level 1. what is the wrong?thanks

Hi - welcome to the forum.

If you have all your stats in the green for level 1, it may be that in your area of the world, Fiverr doesn’t upgrade until later … or even the next day. I got mine quite early this time … but have had it late before.

It’s an automatic process, please wait at the date of 15th 12 pm (every month). You will see the result. Good Luck :roll_eyes:
