Answer quicker than 2-hours, maybe aim for an hour. However, 5r gives us ample time to respond. A whopping 24-hours before we get dinged. Enjoy life and respond within 2️⃣

You must maintain a RR (response rate) of 90%. If you fall below this threshold, you’ll get a demotion.
