Can I Add Flickr portfolio link in Buyer request???

That sounds as if you, as a seller, plan to advertise your gigs on BR? If yes, don’t, the BR feature is only for buyers to find sellers. If you post as a seller in order to attract buyers,

1. You might get a warning or your account might be suspended,
2. Buyers can’t even see Buyer Requests, only sellers can.

If you are a buyer and want to post a BR to get a seller see your Flickr portfolio for some reason related to the work you want them to do, sure, why not.
